Today I am honored to announce that this blog has received the "Interesting Blog Award," from Mrs. Mecomber of Mrs. Mecomber's Scrapbook, a very "interesting," educated, and simple blog meant for helping computer and internet illiterates, or simply those frustrated and bewildered consumers for whom "professional" tutorials are just not enough. Mrs. Mecomber's Scrapbook received this award, and this blog, Alexander Hamilton Patriot is one of the several blogs which Mrs. Mecomber has passed the award.
Thank you, Mrs. Mecomber! This is an honor.
Now, I get to pass on the award to several people. There are many blogs I could choose from, but I will pass it to some blogs that I think are interesting:
Our Founding Truth
The Hamiltonian Federalist Forum
In God We Trust Blog
Life in a Shoe
The Cause of Liberty
Arkansas Watch
Blogging the Federalist Papers
Defending Christianity
Winners, unfortunately this award only comes with this nifty badge and my complements ... and the privilege you now possess to pass this award on to other blogs!
P.S. I promise that I will continue to update this blog in the near future. Stay tuned for "Alexander Hamilton's Religion: Part Four."

As one of the readers from the In God We Trust I want to thank you for picking the In God We Trust Blog for the wonderful award.
I really enjoy your site. Very nice work.
Dear Hercules Mulligan,
Thank you so much for awarding "In God We Trust Blog" the "Interesting Blog" Award. We appreciate your kind thoughtfulness and will now pass the award on to others.
Alexander Hamilton Patriot is such an excellent resource for not only Hamilton's words but those of the other founding fathers. May God bless you in your continued efforts!
You're welcome, all. Thanks for your kind words. God bless you.
Hercules, I'm flattered. Thank you!
You're welcome, Steve! Congratulations! :D
Congratulation for all the winner!!
Regards from PA.
Thanks, Fida! Hope you come again.
Hey Herc,
Thanks so much for sharing your award with me, I hope I can be worthy of it in the words I write, as well as to try and match the excellent work you do on all your blogs.
Not only have I learned a great deal from your personal words, but also from the resources you provide to the public.
I will always try to be fair in my assessment, with Jesus Christ and His Word as my authority.
Your obliged and obedient servant.

You're welcome, OFT. Congratulations!
Thanks so much for the nod, Herc. I always appreciate your visits to my blog, and the well-informed comments that accompany them. You have a lot to offer, so keep up the good work!
Congratulations Rob! And thanks for your kind words. You, too, keep up the good work!
Wow! Your sure know Hamilton! Perhaps it should be you that writes the installment on Hamilton's religion when our blog gets to him!
Excellent stuff!
Thanks for your kind words, Brad. I am very honored at your invitation. I will get back to you on it soon.
Thanks for leaving your comments. I would appreciate any feedback you have to offer on the material presented on this blog.
God bless you.
Hello again, Herc.
Sorry to bug you, but I have a GREAT offer that you SHOULD NOT refuse =).
Due to the recent discussions on religion over at the American Revolution Blog - of which you have been a huge part - a few of us have decided to take part in a new blog that is exclusively dedicated to the role of religion in America's founding. The blog is called the American Creation (www.americancreation.blogspot.com). Anyway, the goal is to assemble the best people we can - from all perspectives - to join us in this endeavor. Needless to say, your work speaks for itself. We would love to have you join us.
I know you are a busy guy, and I asked you once before to join a blog, but PLEASE consider this. We need someone from your perspective - and frankly, talent - to join us in making this blog a success. We don't want to simply add another one-sided blog to the web.
Let me know what you think!
Brad Hart
Hi Brad. Thanks for your kind consideration.
Your fellow-blogger Lindsey Shuman notified me about the creation of your new blog, and forwarded me the same invitation, but I was not able to respond immediately. I also wanted more time to consider. I apologize for my delayed response. Thank you very much for your patience.
I am honored by your invitation, but while I think that it is important to investigate the religious convictions of our Founding, I am not very interested in writing for another blog, when I already have five (which is probably too many!) to tackle.
I also foresee that any discussions between opposing views would be quite extensive, and therefore would require more time and thought than I could devote to the project on a regular basis. I really don't think that I could find time to commit myself to this project regularly, and if I accepted to write for the blog, participate in discussions there, etc., I would be accepting an obligation which I could not faithfully fulfill, and I do not like to be irregular in my obligations.
However, if you desire my approach to the subject to be presented, or wish to investigate it yourself, I humbly invite you peruse the archives and links on my blogs The Foundation Forum, Meet the Founders, and (this one) Alexander Hamilton Patriot. Feel free to conduct your own research using my (expanding resource) The Founders' Bookshelf, which is the result of years of searching and gathering. If you have any questions or remarks, they are welcome. I will then get back to you at my earliest convenience.
Thanks again for your kind words and your comment.

Aaaaaah! I REALLY hate taking no for an answer, but I will respect your decision. If you ever change your mind AT ANY TIME - and I sincerely hope that you do - do not hesitate to join us.
I hope that you will at least check out the blog and join us in our discussions. We are compiling a pretty good group of people for this blog. To be honest, I was hoping to get a couple of people of your persuasion to even out the discussion. If you know of anyone, please let me know.
BTW, I do love your sights. As of late I have been diving in to your Hamilton stuff. VERY interesting.
Thanks, Brad. I hope that my response has not been too big a disappointment, but be assured that I will find time to cover these issues, on my blogs and elsewhere.
Glad you are perusing this blog. I hope the information is helpful and enlightening. Your feedback is welcome anytime.
